On the last episode Rick and the others had agreed to head to Washington DC. Why on Earth they would do this is beyond me, I know Michonne said it was because Eugene who claimed to be able to fix things chose Washington for a reason. She also said if there was any help it would probably be there! If there is help in Washington DC it would be a surprise to me seeing how every other major city in America has been overrun by walkers! I could be wrong because I've never read the literature that this series is based on. This episode started with Maggie mourning Beth (her sister who died in previous a episode) in the woods where a walker came up to her, she killed it, moving on to Darryl who was digging up dirt, he pulled out a worm and he ate it! I was disgusted! Then seeing Sasha discover a trail of dead frogs. All this while they were looking for water Daryl, Maggie and Sasha went back to the van seeing that no one has found anything! That was the first five minutes. The group's last vehicle finally ran out of gas and they began to walk the rest of the way to Washington DC. Sasha lost her damn mind, she was doing crazy stuff similar to what her brother (Tyrese) did when he loss someone he really cared for. As they were standing on a bridge a group of walkers came, as they came Rick and the rest of the group pushed the walker over the bridge. I assume they did this to save what little energy they did have. All Sasha had to do was stay in line, but of course she didn't. She ran into the walkers causing them to get hyper causing everyone else to get involved, now Sasha's got them wasting energy that they don't have! Michonne > Sasha "I told you to stop" after trying to pull her back from the walkers! For some reason Sasha thinks she's invincible, she should have learned by now that the people who loose their minds die first! Carol wants to follow Darryl around all day like she's his bitch or something LOL, but I think she's afraid he'll leave and never come back, I don't know. Maggie has a nutso moment with a walker in a trunk, luckly Glenn intervened because I think she was about to go ape shit on that Walker! Later, Some dogs came out of the woods and Sasha killed them. The group ate the dogs. Sasha tells Abraham that the achohol he was drinking was only going to make things worst. Abraham tell's Sasha at the rate she's going, she is what is going to make things worse; I agree! Glenn tries to get Maggie and Darryl to drink some water but they both denied him. They wanted to seem strong I guess, but I mean really if your about to pass out and die from dehydration...take a sip of water and save everyone the hassle of trying to save you when you pass out when you pass out while fighting some zombies. They find a pile of water in the middle of the road left by someone who says their a friend, being paranoid the group decided not to drink the water although Eugene did try. It began to rain so they started collecting the rain water, it started to Thunder so the group hid in the barn Darryl found while "looking for water". Rick gives a speech ending with "We Are The Walking Dead", "I was like he said the name of the show" LOL Darryl didn't seem to care for what Rick had to say. During the storm a huge group of walkers were coming towards the barn Darryl saw them and then almost everybody got up to keep the doors closed. Maggie woke Sasha to find the results of a tornado! The two were interrupted by a new character, Aaron, who for some reason is very clean. He said he had news, and that he wanted to speak with Rick, but how did he know Rick's name? Never Trust Someone Who Is That Clean During A Zombie Apocalypse!!! This was a good episode because it delivered what the characters were feeling very well. The group lost members within a few days. The worse part about these deaths is that they included the always optimistic Bob, and Beth the one that takes care of baby Judith and sings sunny hymns that made you smile. The entire group is starving, exposed, thirsty and exhausted and this isn't the first time they've been desperate so of course they have finally hit rock bottom. |
